Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)

LLLT is more frequently being used in musculoskeletal disorders and can be a useful method of TMD treatment, particularly for chronic TMD-related pain. Low-level deep tissue laser therapy is good for reducing pain and inflammation. It is also good for increasing the range of motion to the neck and in opening the mouth.
